I loved the self-catering facilities in the rooms, and there were extra pillows and blankets available. The onsite amenities were great, surrounded by pretty plants. However, the buffet-style food was quite poor in the evening, so heading into Carvoeiro for meals was necessary. The housekeeping and maid service were excellent, but some attention to detail and maintenance is needed to fully reach the place's potential.

The staff provided good housekeeping and maid service, although there was an incident with a maintenance man making inappropriate jokes. Unfortunately, the delightful little shop onsite has been replaced with a buffet-style food option which was quite poor in the evening, prompting us to dine outside. They could benefit greatly from more attention to detail and maintenance.
